The City of Palmdale is seeking a qualified architectural/engineering firm to design a comprehensive renovation of its IT server and communication rooms as part of its Capital Improvement Program. The scope includes fire‑suppression design, anti‑static flooring, seismic bracing, HVAC & chiller upgrades, cable raceway improvements, electrical grounding, roof‑height modifications, and full construction‑set documentation, with the consultant leading coordination meetings and providing bid support.
• Design services covering fire‑suppression, anti‑static flooring, seismic bracing, HVAC/chiller, cable management, grounding, and roof height.
• Deliver 100 % construction drawings, specifications, bid schedules, cost estimates, and constructability reviews.
• Mandatory site visit on August 12, 2026; Q&A deadline August 18, 2026; final SOQ submission August 25, 2026.
