Description
The Southfield Public Schools is soliciting sealed bids for the UK12A Remodeling & Addition project. The project involves remodeling and additions to University K-12. Bids must include required documentation such as Familial Disclosure Statement, Iran-Linked Business Certification, and Bid Bond equal to 5% of the base bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds in accordance with Michigan law.
