Construction of the 34th Street Sandcastle Park Operations Building

The City of Ocean City is seeking a qualified contractor for the construction of the operations building located at the 34th Street Sandcastle Park Facility. The project includes the construction of a building and a wooden pavilion. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses, and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
