RFI - AFD: Towing, Storage, Maintenance and Disposal of Seized/Forfeited Vehicles for the Districts within the States of Florida, Virgin Islands, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina

The United States Marshals Service (USMS) is seeking information from potential contractors to provide towing, storage, maintenance, and disposal services for seized and forfeited vehicles in the states of Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and the Virgin Islands. The contractor will be responsible for providing secure storage facilities, maintaining the vehicles, and disposing of them in accordance with USMS policies and procedures. The contractor will also be required to provide sales services, including advertising and conducting auctions, to sell the vehicles. The contract will have a base year and four one-year options. • The contractor must have six storage facilities located within 60 road miles of specified addresses in each state. • The contractor must provide secure indoor and outdoor storage facilities, maintenance, viewing, and sales areas for all USMS assets. • The contractor must have a detailed physical security plan in place, including video surveillance, motion sensors, and alarm systems. • The contractor must provide a knowledgeable representative to answer potential buyer questions and provide adequate security during viewing periods. • The contractor must advertise all sealed bid sales on their operated website and provide a link to the USMS and Department of Justice websites.
