OPWDD’s Broome DDSO is requesting quotes (per the attached scope of work) pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority. Please be advised, attendance at a site visit is mandatory prior to submitting a quote. The awarded vendor will also be required to submit certificates of Liability Insurance and Worker’s Compensation Insurance as well as completed Lobbying Law Forms, and signed Appendix A.
