The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking vendors to provide Electrosurgical Units (ESUs) with Argon-Enhanced Coagulation. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months with four 12-month option periods. The vendor must demonstrate the ability to meet all requirements for the solicitation, including providing a centralized color touchscreen user interface, compatibility with a range of monopolar and bipolar instruments, and advanced neutral electrode monitoring. The vendor must also provide technical literature demonstrating that their product meets or exceeds the specified salient characteristics. • The contract will require the vendor to deliver ESUs to VA medical centers and facilities throughout the United States. • The vendor must provide a minimum one-year manufacturer warranty covering parts and labor. • The vendor must demonstrate the ability to provide uninterrupted supply of products on a national scale. • The vendor must provide technical literature that clearly shows the product meets the identified salient characteristics.
