Town of Ansonville Housing Rehabilitation Consttruction Services "General Contractor Solicitation"

The Town of Ansonville is seeking qualified, licensed General Contractors to provide housing rehabilitation services for approximately 5 low/moderate income, owner-occupied single-family properties. The services may include removal of interior walls, electrical system upgrades, plumbing system upgrades, installation of new HVAC units, insulation, repair of defective floor systems, installation of new siding, doors, and windows, and more. The contractors will be required to participate in regular in-person and/or virtual meetings with the town and Centralina, as well as arrange their schedule for weekly virtual inspections. • The project is funded by a grant from the North Carolina Department of Commerce, Rural Economic Development Division. • The town is working with the Centralina Regional Council as the grant support contractor. • Contractors must complete a "Contractor Application" and be approved by the town. • The bid packages can be obtained at https://centralina.org/, https://townofansonville.godaddysites.com/, or https://evp.nc.gov/. • The submissions must be mailed and completely received at the specified address by COB August 4th, 2026.
