Description
This solicitation is for the complete renovation of the Visitor Center and Gift Shop at Standing Stone State Park, including full roof replacement, gutter replacement, exterior painting, and associated demolition and site work. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies, and hold the appropriate Tennessee building contractor licenses. Work must be completed by November 30 2026 and must comply with 2021 IBC codes and state specifications.
