Description
The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking a vendor to manufacture and print 80,005 (including 200 “Blue‑Label” copies) custom kraft evidence envelopes with a metal clasp fastener, black‑ink type/rule matter on both sides, and specific packaging/shipping requirements for the FBI. The contract includes provision of two physical pre‑production samples, electronic soft‑proofs, and a one‑year warranty after final payment. Delivery must be completed by 7 August 2026 to FBI locations in Cheverly, MD, and Washington, DC.
• Manufacture 8½×11 in. kraft envelopes with non‑rust metal clasp, reinforced flap hole, and fully‑gummed flap.
• Print black‑ink type/rule matter on front and back (no digital printing, no printing on flaps).
• Provide two physical samples and one press‑quality PDF proof for FBI approval (4‑day review windows).
• Package envelopes in shrink‑film units of 100, label cartons per GPO Form 905, and ship traceably to two FBI sites.
• Comply with GPO Level 4 quality‑assurance standards and submit required GPO forms (905, 892c, 2678, 917) along with a valid W‑9.
