VIPA IT Workwear with Embroidery

The Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA) is requesting quotes from qualified vendors to provide uniform shirts with embroidery. The quotes are due by April 6, 2026, and should be submitted electronically through VIPA's E-Procurement System, Ionwave. The Authority is looking for various types of shirts, including CornerStone Select Snag-Proof Tactical Polo, Port Authority Short Sleeve Performance Staff Shirt, and Port Authority Easy Care Camp Shirt, among others. The shirts should be provided in different sizes and colors. • The contract requires the provision of multiple types of shirts, including polo shirts, oxford shirts, and jackets. • The shirts should be provided in various sizes, including XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, and 4XL. • The shirts should be provided in different colors, including black, white, navy, gray, and others. • The vendor should be able to provide embroidery services for the shirts. • The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any technicalities.
