The City of Kennewick is seeking a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consultants to provide professional engineering services for the design of a shared-use pathway and pedestrian bridge. The selected consultant will be responsible for completing the final design, plans, specifications, and estimates (P&E) ready for potential advertisement by Winter 2028 and construction anticipated to begin Summer 2029.
