PIEDMONT CONVENIENCE CENTER UPGRADES

The Greenville County is soliciting proposals for the Piedmont Convenience Center Upgrades project. The project involves installing concrete pads for two new waste compactor units and two charge boxes, including asphalt cutting/removal, concrete, trenching, electrical, and sewer piping. The site will be open to the public during construction, but may be closed for brief periods to accommodate construction. The contractor will be responsible for verifying the electrical panel at the site and incorporating modifications as needed. Key aspects of the project include: • Installation of electrical conduit and conductors • Provision of one equipment rack, two concrete pads, and trench-drains between the concrete pads • Removal of existing pavement and trenching for sewer line • Compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations • Maintenance of a safe job site and implementation of safety and health programs • Compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Prison Rape Elimination Act
