The Hospital is seeking a qualified vendor to upgrade its MEDITECH Expanse EHR from version 2.1 to 2.2. The selected firm will manage the entire upgrade lifecycle, from technical assessment through post‑implementation stabilization, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical operations.
• Provide project management and oversight for the full upgrade initiative.
• Conduct technical assessment, configure the upgraded application, and validate all existing interfaces.
• Perform system testing, deliver end‑user training, support go‑live, and provide post‑implementation stabilization services.
