BD Pyxis Services

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing a Notice of Intent to consolidate two BD Pyxis Service contracts into a single, sole-source contract with Carefusion Solutions, LLC. The contract will provide maintenance and support services for BD Pyxis medication equipment and software at various VA facilities. The contractor will be required to provide repair services, annual preventive maintenance, and support for the equipment and software. The contract will also include remote support services, onsite repair and maintenance, and training for VA staff. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, transportation, tools, parts, and materials necessary to perform the required services. • The contractor will be required to provide detailed service reports, including descriptions of work performed, parts replaced, and prices. • The contractor will be required to comply with all VA security protocols and procedures. • The contractor will be required to provide training for VA staff on the use and maintenance of the equipment and software.
