Description
Tarrant County College District (TCCD) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide job order contracting services across multiple trades to perform miscellaneous minor construction repair services. The college intends to award this work through Job Order Contracts as outlined in Section 2269, subchapter I, of the Texas Education Code. This RFP is intended to establish a pool of contractors capable of delivering timely, high-quality maintenance, repair, renovation, and minor construction services to support campus operations.
• The RFP proposal submission deadline is Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time.
• A virtual initial public conference is scheduled for Tuesday, June 02, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time.
