Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from vendors capable of providing preventative maintenance, inspections, and updates/upgrades to the Physical Access Control System (PACS) equipment at the Veterans Benefits Administration Winston-Salem Regional Office. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the services. The period of performance will be one base year with four option years. The contractor will be required to perform preventative maintenance twice a year, including verifying functionality of access control doors, performing back-ups of the system database, and conducting software maintenance and functionality tests. The contractor will also be required to provide emergency services and respond to service calls within 8 hours.
