J065--Preventative Maintenance for Steris Sterilization Systems

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a service-disabled veteran-owned small business to provide preventative maintenance for Steris sterilization systems at the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center in Shreveport, Louisiana. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, lodging, and supervision necessary to provide preventive and full remedial maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer's requirements. The contract will have a base period of one year, with four optional 12-month extension periods. • The contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and be listed and certified at SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert). • The contractor must provide a preventive and full remedial maintenance plan that will be used to evaluate the services performed in accordance with OEM standards. • The contractor must coordinate all service visits with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and provide a service report of work performed upon completion of each task. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, executive orders, rules, and regulations applicable to its performance under this contract.
