Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking a qualified electrical contractor to completely replace the electrical components within the Airfield Lighting Vault at Columbus Air Force Base. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, tools, transportation, and materials required for the full replacement, comply with CUI training requirements, and submit proposals electronically. A site visit is scheduled for 18 Aug 2026 (optional) and all RFIs must be submitted by 24 Aug 2026. The procurement value is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. • Full replacement of airfield lighting vault electrical systems • Provide labor, equipment, tools, transportation, and materials • Complete arc‑flash study and label new panels • Follow DoD CUI training and documentation procedures • Optional site visit on 18 Aug 2026; RFI deadline 24 Aug 2026 • Estimated contract value $250‑$500 K.
