Refurbish Locker Rooms and Bathrooms at USCG Station San Francisco

The US Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to refurbish the locker rooms and bathrooms at USCG Station San Francisco. The work includes removing and replacing fixtures, tile, and flooring, as well as painting and installing new equipment. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work. The project must be completed within 90 days of the notice to proceed. The contractor will be paid a firm fixed price for the work. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of offer submission. • The contractor must provide a technical approach that describes how the materials, personnel, and equipment comprising the price quoted will be used to complete the tasks in the Statement of Work. • The contractor must submit a price quote that includes all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the tasks in the Statement of Work. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Buy American Act and the Davis-Bacon Act. • The contractor must provide payment protection in the form of a payment bond or an irrevocable letter of credit.
