Description
The City of Trenton, Department of Water and Sewer, is seeking bids for the furnishing and delivery of sludge blanket polymer for the Trenton Water Filtration Plant. The contract term will be for a period of one year, with an option to extend for an additional year. The estimated average annual quantity is 14,300 gallons of neat polymer solution. The polymer shall conform to the American Water Works Associations standard for Polyacrylamide, B453-06, and shall be compatible with Acrison Model 530 polymer blending units. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the polymer to the Trenton Water Filtration Plant, and shall provide certification that the product meets or exceeds the performance of Kemira Superfloc N-1986.
