Description
The USDA is seeking a supplier to provide Bovine IFN Lambda Fc Fusion protein for use in animal studies. The protein must be of sufficient purity and concentration to support in vitro and in vivo work. The contractor must provide a Certificate of Conformance and ensure that the product meets all salient characteristics specified in the solicitation. The award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government, based on technical acceptability and price.
• The protein must meet or exceed all salient characteristics of the brand name product.
• The offeror must provide descriptive literature or documentation to demonstrate how the proposed product meets or exceeds the required salient characteristics.
• The product must be available for delivery within 30 days.
• The offeror must provide pricing for all items.
• The Government may utilize past performance information to determine the offeror's ability to meet contract requirements.
