61--Special Announcement - Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The Department of the Interior (DOI) intends to award a sole source contract to Eaton Corporation for Eaton Battery Life Cycle Refresh services to keep the BLM UPS system batteries current and under support. The requirement is for a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis. • The contract is for a proprietary service software for 3-phase UPS products. • Eaton Corporation is the only authorized provider of service support for this software. • Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by sending responses via email to Casey Carlson by 05/18/2026 at 10:00 AM MT.
