Technical Grade Methanol

El Paso Water (EPWater) is seeking proposals for the supply of Technical Grade Methanol. The estimated annual usage is 200,000 gallons. The supplier must guarantee an uninterrupted supply for the duration of the contract, including during market shortages. The methanol must be manufactured in the United States and meet specific specifications. The contract will be awarded to the best-qualified responsible offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to EPWater. • The key requirements for the proposal include: • Experience in delivering Technical Grade Methanol • Cost of the methanol, including delivery costs • Responsibility and reliability of the supplier • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Provision of a current Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for the methanol • Certificate of Analysis for each shipment • Compliance with EPWater's terms and conditions
