Hoover Federal Building Waterproofing Infiltration Construction

The opportunity involves providing labor, equipment, and materials to replace the waterproofing system at the Herbert C. Hoover Building, Courtyard 2. The scope of work includes replacing the topping slab, drainage boards, drains, plumbing, flashing, control joints, expansion joints, granite pavement, and granite base course. The contractor must also repair all cracks and spalls in the structural slab prior to installation of the new waterproofing membrane. The waterproofing system must be adequately transitioned into adjacent waterproofing and building components. • Replacement of the waterproofing system • Repair of cracks and spalls in the structural slab • Installation of new fully adhered waterproofing membrane • Transitioning of the waterproofing system into adjacent components This opportunity is only open to IDIQ holders of the GSA East Coast Corridor IDIQ.
