The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Head Start (OHS) announces the availability of approximately $7,000,000 to be competitively awarded for the purpose of operating the Head Start National Center (NC) on Program Management and Quality Assurance (PMQA). The NC PMQA will provide training and technical assistance (TTA) that reflects current evidence, is research-informed, and promotes best practices. The key aspects of this opportunity include: • Providing TTA to improve organizational leadership, fiscal integrity, transparency, oversight, and records retention, governance, program management, human resources, and workforce development in Head Start programs • Aligning with state, Tribe, and territory systems to achieve improved outcomes for children and families • Conducting OHS Regional TTA professional development meetings and collaborative meetings • Addressing aspects of TTA system data integration • Promoting coordination and collaboration within and across the TTA System
