Description
The Town of Randolph is seeking bids for paving in various locations during the 2026 season. The project includes shim and overlay, road construction, and parking lot paving. The contractor will be responsible for verifying all dimensions in the field, contacting Dig Safe and/or local utilities, and maintaining a safe job site. The town reserves the right to add or subtract from the scope of work at its discretion. The selection of the contractor will be based on the most responsible and responsive firm that demonstrates its proposal is most advantageous to the town from the perspective of price, quality, approach, and experience.
* Ridge Road in three locations with 24-foot lane width
* Ridge Road in one location with 12-foot lane width
* South Randolph Road
* North Randolph Road at Route 14 intersection
* Parking Lot on Pleasant Street
