Description
The US Air Force is seeking a design-build contractor to repair the Multi-Service Troop Facility B2263 at JBSA-Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The project includes the renovation of the interior of the building, correction of interior and minor exterior deficiencies, installation of a standby generator, and various site work items. The building is classified as historical, and the contractor must ensure that the design and construction meet the applicable historical preservation requirements. The contractor will be responsible for providing all plant, labor, and materials, as well as design, construction, installation, and performance in accordance with the Statement of Work.
