Tree Removal and Stump Grinding

The City of Upper Arlington is issuing an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for comprehensive tree removal and stump grinding services throughout municipal property. The selected vendor must supply all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and expertise, and must be a company whose primary business is arboricultural work with trained personnel capable of working around utility lines.
