The Office of Exposition Park Management (OEPM) in Los Angeles is seeking a qualified contractor to install and repair chain‑link, wrought‑iron, and swing‑gate fencing, as well as removable bollards, across several parking areas at Exposition Park. The work must be completed within 180 days of receiving the Notice to Proceed and must meet OEPM’s aesthetic and safety standards. The contract is a competitive Invitation for Bid (IFB) with a mandatory pre‑bid conference, a clear set of licensing, bonding, insurance, and prevailing‑wage requirements, and a firm bid submission deadline.
• Install ~275 ft of new 6‑ft chain‑link fencing and associated swing gates at the Pink Parking Lot.
• Repair existing wrought‑iron rolling gates and install additional swing gates at the Yellow Parking Lot.
• Provide five lockable, removable steel bollards at the main driveway entrance.
• Submit product data, shop drawings, and all required certifications (license, bonds, insurance, prevailing‑wage registration, small‑business/DVBE preferences).
