Description
The City of Port Arthur is seeking a qualified firm to design the renovation of a metal building into a gun range and training facility for the police department. The facility is approximately 7,200 square feet and will include a gun range area, bathrooms, training room, breakroom, office, and parking area. The selected firm will be responsible for designing the renovation, including plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as providing a site plan and floor plan. The firm will also be required to collaborate with city staff to define the purpose, functionality, and aesthetic vision for the facility.
