Description
The Multnomah County is seeking a General Contractor for on-call general construction services. The work will involve remodel, demolition, upgrade, new construction, and rehabilitation of County-owned properties. The contract will be for approximately four years, and the County is seeking to award multiple contracts to responsible proposers. The proposer must be a General Contractor with multiple disciplines and have experience with the various pieces of equipment covered under the contract. The contract will require the proposer to provide preventative maintenance, repair, and emergency services, as well as access to replacement parts.
• The contract term shall be approximately four years from contract execution.
• The contract will require the proposer to provide services on an on-call basis.
• The proposer must be able to pass a background check and be comfortable with servicing equipment at various facilities.
