Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23, intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to Johnson Controls Inc. for a Building Automation & Controls Planned Service Agreement. The agreement will cover Metasys Building Automation System (BAS) support, weekly onsite controls technician services, emergency response, operator training, and scheduled software/hardware upgrades to the existing JCI Metasys BAS for the Nebraska-Western Iowa VA Health Care System.
