The Delaware Department of Correction is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the existing emergency generator and two automatic transfer switches (ATS) at the Hazel D. Plant Women’s Treatment Facility in New Castle County. The scope includes supplying a new 150 kW natural‑gas‑driven generator, two ATS units, associated electrical distribution upgrades, civil‑mechanical site work, and a five‑year maintenance/service agreement.
