Description
The City of South Fulton is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide citywide pest control maintenance services for City-owned and leased facilities. The services will include preventive pest control, inspections, monitoring, corrective treatments, and emergency response services. The contract will be for a maintenance and service-based contract, and the City intends to award contracts to multiple qualified vendors. The Proposer must demonstrate equivalent experience in providing services that are substantially similar in scope to citywide pest control maintenance services.
• The Proposer must provide evidence of services that are substantially similar in scope to citywide pest control maintenance services.
• The Proposer must demonstrate experience in commercial, municipal, institutional, or multi-site pest management services.
• The Proposer must provide a copy of their current Certificate of Insurance, evidencing any existing Commercial General Liability policies issued for them.
• The Proposer must identify all proposed Subcontractors or Subconsultants, including name, address, and scope of services.
• The Proposer must provide a specific trade secret affidavit and clearly mark each page claimed confidential, if any portion of the proposal is exempt as a trade secret.
