Description
The City of Laredo is seeking a qualified firm to conduct a feasibility study for a new recreational indoor facility. The study will analyze demographic, economic, environmental, and community factors to determine the need, viability, and potential impacts of such a facility. The selected firm will provide professional services, including but not limited to, feasibility studies and consulting.
• The study will analyze various factors to determine the need for a recreational center in the City of Laredo.
• The selected firm will provide a statement of qualifications and detailed credentials.
• The City of Laredo reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any or all proposals.
• A pre-response conference will be held on January 21, 2026, at 9:00 AM.
• Formal questions related to the RFQ must be submitted through Cit-E-Bid by January 30, 2026, at 12:00 PM (CT).
