BID #27 OF 2026 - US STICK FLAGS FOR THE ERIE COUNTY VETERANS SERVICES OFFICE

The County of Erie is seeking bids for the supply of 42,480 US stick flags for the Erie County Veterans Services Office. The flags must be made in the USA and meet specific packaging specifications. Bidders must provide a sample of the flag with their proposal and certify that the bid was prepared independently and without collusion. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, and the successful vendor will be required to sign a contract containing an Equal Employment Opportunity Clause. • The flags must be 12” x 18” United States Hemmed Flag, Poly Cotton, 3/8” x 30” Natural Wood Dowel, Attached with Four (4) Staples, Gold Wood Spear Attached. • The packaging specifications include 144 flags per box, box size 14.75W X 33L X 4.25H, 12 rolled flags per bundle, 4 cases per row, and 64 cases stacked on a wooden pallet wrapped in stretch wrap. • The bidder must provide a certified or cashier’s check, or bid bond with corporate surety payable to the County of Erie in the amount of Ten (10%) percent of the total amount bid. • The County of Erie reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any defects in form or technicalities, or to advertise for new bids.
