Description
The Town of Easton is seeking bids for the construction of the Prospect Street Water Main Replacement Project Phase II. The project involves the installation of approximately 5,100 feet of replacement 8-inch ductile iron water main, valves, hydrants, services, and surface restoration in Prospect Street. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The project is subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30, Section 39M as amended.
• The project requires a bid deposit and is subject to price adjustments for hot mix asphalt mixes, diesel fuel, and gasoline.
• Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Commissioner of Department of Workforce Development apply to this project.
• Bidding Documents may be obtained electronically from the Tighe & Bond website.
• A one-time registration process is required to receive log-in credentials and access to the bidding documents.
