Description
The Texas Department of Transportation is seeking bids for pavement marking tape for the Seguin Regional Distribution Center. The tape should be construction-grade, prefabricated, and 6 inches by 50 yards, with a yellow color. Respondents must be authorized dealers or distributors of the products being solicited and must submit documentation and proof of authorization within 2 days of request from TxDOT. The contract will be for a term to be stated on the purchase order, with the option for renewal for up to three additional like periods of time.
• The tape should be delivered to the Seguin Regional Supply Center at 2024 Hwy 46 North, Seguin, TX 78155-2206.
• The respondent must submit a signed and dated response, including all required documentation, to the email address specified in the instructions.
• The contract may be terminated by TxDOT in whole or in part, without cost or penalty, by providing 30 calendar days' written notice.
• The respondent must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental impact, labor, and transportation.
• The contract will include provisions for payment, invoicing, and dispute resolution.
