Description
The Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory is seeking to procure two undulator magnets for the AOSC Experiment. The proposal should include a firm-fixed price for the magnets, and all proposals must be in accordance with the specification document "FNAL AOSC Undulator Requirements 380252swk". The contract will be awarded based on best value, with the lowest price of technically acceptable offerors being the primary consideration.
• The proposal should include a completed RFP page, SARC Form, and PUR-466 Form.
• The contract will be for a fixed price, with all freight charges included in the quotation.
• The contract will be subject to FFDG General Terms and Conditions for Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
• Proposals exceeding $10k USD must be submitted with a completed SARC and PUR-466 document.
