Lawrence Expressway Grade Separation

The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide engineering services for the Lawrence Expressway Grade Separation project. The project includes multiple phases, and the selected contractor may be requested to provide additional stages, including Project Approval/Environmental Document, Final Designs, and Design Support During Construction. The scope of services for this RFP includes completing the Project Validation Document phase. • The project is a grade separation project, which involves separating the intersection of Lawrence Expressway from other roads or railways. • The selected contractor will be required to demonstrate satisfactory performance on the current or previous stages of the project to be considered for additional stages. • The proposal should include a statement of interest in performing additional stages and qualifications for such work. • The proposal should be submitted through VTA’s Procurement Website by the deadline.
