Description
Texas A&M University is seeking a turnkey Digital Image Correlation (DIC) system—including hardware, software, cameras, lighting, accessories, installation, training, and a minimum one‑year warranty—to be delivered and installed on its College Station campus. The vendor must provide freight‑prepaid FOB Destination shipping, itemized tariff charges, and comply with extensive insurance and safety requirements. The bid must be submitted electronically via AggieBid by the deadline, with all required documentation (COI, export classifications, warranty details, etc.) attached.
• Supply a complete DIC system (cameras, lenses, workstation, DAQ, lighting, mounts, calibration targets, speckle kits, software, and accessories).
• Provide on‑site installation, training, and a minimum one‑year warranty with unlimited technical support and software upgrades.
• Meet strict insurance, export‑control, and tariff‑itemization requirements; all costs (shipping, installation, tariffs) must be quoted separately.
