Description
The Executive Office of the President (EOP) Office of Administration (OA) is seeking information from contractors who can provide space planning data management software on-prem installation and support services. The contractor will deliver and install the on-prem software, provide equipment and services necessary for server configuration, licenses, and services, and provide configuration services. The solution must meet specific requirements, including space data integration with third-party applications, space data management and updates, people data management and updates, reports creation and exports, drawing export and queries, move management, space planning and analysis, metrics viewing and creation, dashboards viewing and creation, chargeback/forecasting, and application security.
• The contractor must provide a single instance of the software, with no test or development environment setup.
• The software must meet White House Information Technology (WHIT) information security minimum standards.
• The contractor must provide hardware/software and services needed to install, configure, test, and deploy the solution.
• The contractor must provide a high-level technical architecture diagram that depicts the solution, components, and integrations.
• The contractor must provide role-based permission for full read/write editing admin rights, read-only users of the platform, administrator rights, and IT Manager support.
