Description
The City of San Antonio’s Pre‑K 4 SA program is seeking qualified providers to deliver a comprehensive suite of early‑childhood therapy services—including speech‑language, occupational, physical, and psychological services—to children ages 3‑5 (with optional support for younger children) across its education centers. Providers will work directly with instructional staff, participate in ARD processes, contribute to MTSS initiatives, and maintain clear communication with families. The contract will be funded by the municipal corporation and will cover roughly 250 children, with therapy staff placed on‑site several days per week and required documentation through agency‑provided platforms.
• Direct therapy (speech, OT, PT) – 20‑30 min sessions, 1‑2 times per week per child
• Consultative support to teachers and participation in multi‑tiered support plans
• Mandatory reporting: daily logs in Procare, progress notes every 9 weeks, monthly coordination meetings
• No insurance billing; all services funded through the Pre‑K 4 SA budget
• Vendors may quote on any subset of listed services; more than three letters of reference allowed
