Description
The USDA Forest Service is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Los Angeles Gateway Ranger District Office. The contract includes cleaning of hallways, main entrance, kitchen, mailroom, copier/printer room, bathrooms, stairwells, windows, and individual offices. The contract has a base year and four option years. The contractor must provide pricing for all items.
• The contract requires the contractor to perform janitorial duties at the Los Angeles Gateway Ranger District located at 12371 N. Little Tujunga Canyon Road, San Fernando, CA 91342.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and clauses incorporated in the contract.
• The contract has a total duration of five years, including the base year and four option years.
• The contractor must provide evidence of minimum insurance coverage requirements, including workers' compensation, general liability, automobile liability, and aircraft public and passenger liability.
• The contractor must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission of quotations to be eligible for award.
