Description
The USDA-FS CSA SOUTHWEST 5 is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services at the Sandia Ranger District Office and Warehouse in New Mexico. The contract will be for a base year with four option years, and the contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to perform the services. The services will include daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks, as well as quarterly and bi-annual deep cleaning tasks. The contractor will be required to use biobased products and follow all applicable laws and regulations.
