Description
The Town of Saugus is seeking qualified contractors to repair water infiltration through the exterior masonry wall of its Public Safety Building (including the Fire Department side). The work involves inspecting the façade, repointing deteriorated mortar, replacing damaged masonry units, correcting deficient flashing and sealants, and optionally applying a breathable water‑repellent. All labor, materials, equipment, protection, cleanup, and disposal are included, and the building must remain fully operational throughout the project.
• Scope: Exterior masonry repair, repointing, unit replacement, flashing/sealant correction, optional water‑repellent application.
• Site access: Must not impede police or fire operations; work primarily during normal business hours.
