Toll Maintenance Parts

The West Virginia Purchasing Division is seeking bids for toll maintenance parts. Vendors must submit their bids in accordance with the provisions contained in the solicitation instructions and the Solicitation. The state of West Virginia applies a reciprocal preference to all solicitations for commodities and printing, and vendors must identify themselves as a West Virginia vendor to receive this preference. Additionally, non-resident vendors certified as a small, women-owned, or minority-owned (SWAM) business may receive a preference. • The solicitation is for toll maintenance parts. • Vendors must be properly registered with the West Virginia Purchasing Division. • Vendors must not owe a debt to the State or a political subdivision of the State. • A reciprocal preference is applied to West Virginia resident vendors. • Non-resident SWAM businesses may receive a preference.
