Description
The City of Marietta is seeking bids for the 2026 Resurfacing/LMIG project. The project involves furnishing all materials, labor, tools, skills, equipment, and incidentals for the construction of the project. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary permits and licenses and comply with all laws, ordinances, codes, and regulations applicable to the performance of the work. The contractor will also be required to provide a 100% performance bond and a 110% labor and material payment bond.
