Description
The State of Colorado, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs/Colorado Air National Guard is soliciting bids for the replacement of the roof on Building 801. The project includes removing the existing modified bitumen roof system, installing new code-compliant isocyanurate foam insulation, and a new high-density isocyanurate foam cover board. A new adhered 60 mil gray TPO roof membrane will be installed, along with new sheet metal copings, flashings, and counterflashings. The finished roof system must be covered by a 20-year leak-free warranty. The scope of services includes full construction contracting services for the project, and the contractor must meet minimum requirements, including having been in the same business for the last two years, demonstrated specific contracting experience, and demonstrated bonding capability.
