On-Call Engineering Services

The City of Central is seeking a qualified contractor to provide on-call engineering services. The contractor will provide general engineering services on an as-needed basis and by work-order project-specific basis. The services may include engineering feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed final designs, design reviews, and construction management services. The contractor must have experience with similar projects and must be properly licensed and registered within the State of Colorado. The contract term will be annual with annual renewal options. • The contractor will provide services in the areas of civil engineering, structural engineering, and other related fields. • The contractor must have expertise in areas such as water supply treatment and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, and stormwater management. • The contractor must provide a detailed technical proposal, including a methodology statement, management plan, and experience and qualifications. • The contractor must provide a fee schedule, including hourly rates and any additional charges. • The contractor must be able to start work on January 1, 2026.
